Maybe this entry from Wikipedia sums it up best: "Throughout its existence, of Montreal's musical style has evolved from vaudeville and Beatles-influenced psychedelic pop, to a mixture of elctronica, funk, glam, & afrobeat music inspired by Prince and David Bowie."

All we know is they play crazy shows and have even crazier lyrics. Hopefully we captured some of that in this poster for their show at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, CA.
